Top of a page: a white dove of peace over the Silesian landscape with smelter chimney, on those printed in Paris postage stamps is a French name: "Commission de Gouvernement Haute Silesie", which means "Commission of Government / Upper Silesia". Lower side of a page: those French name is overprinted as "C.G.H.S." on German official mail postage stamps called "Dienstmarken".
