At the beginning of the album page are three versions of the stamp with a woman on the background of the landscape and the words "EXPOZITIUNEA générale ROMANA / 1906 Bucuresti 1906" - "National Exhibition of 1906 in Bucharest". It was issued to promote the event internationally. Then there are postage stamps with an inscription "asistenta sociale" (social assistance) simultaneously with the designation "Taxa da plata", ie postage due (porto). At the end of the album pages are also postage due stamps, without any additional markings. Between them are not only old but also even unique - even in the history of philately - those with an overprint "Timbru de ajutor". This charity issues was meant as a support, an assistance and simultaneously was a tax, a fiscal stamps. This kind of a postal money collection, a fundraiser is considered as the first with an official support and at the national level. Its aim was to help families of struggling on the ongoing war soldiers. Print "Timbru de ajutor" appears on stamps with the head of King Charles I of Romania (Carol I al României) and the Queen Elisabeth zu Wied Romania (1843-1916), she was presented on the loom on the background of the window, the overprint appears as well on postage due stamps.
