Bremen There are 6 products.

Bremen was emitting their own stamps in the years 1855-1867. This is the period of belonging to the German-Austrian Postal Union [Deutsch-Österreichischer Postverein]. Free Hanseatic City of Bremen [German. Bremen, Freie Hansestadt Bremen] joined the union first of December 1852 and philatelic emissions ended with the passage under the sovereignty of the postal administration of the North German Confederation [Norddeutscher Bund] at the first January 1868. The first stamp of Bremen was released April 10, 1855. It has a face value "Grote 3" (72 Grote is 1 Thaler Bremer). I was meant for internal post circulation. It has an inscription "Stadt post amt Bremen" and the coat of arms (key Bremen) on the shield. And its validity (like other Bremen stamps) expired at the end of the year 1867.
