Letter: Invaliditäts und Altersversicherungsanstalt Schlesien Siegelmarke - yellow round stamp/ seal of the sender: social insurance institution for the disabled and the sick, a division of German Silesia in Wroclaw. The official letter was sent to the police in Namysłów, the annotations on the document show the progress of the case.
